Senior Client Success Manager
This isn’t an average customer success role. It’s a chance to own the heartbeat of our growth strategy, turning curiosity into commitment, usage into expansion, and trusted relationships into long-term wins.
You’ll lead the post-sale journey and build meaningful connections with a builder’s mindset and a customer-first heart, always thinking ahead and making things better.
You’ll work daily with our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to scale meaningful outcomes, not just revenue, all while raising the bar for what great customer partnerships look like.

What will you do?
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring they feel supported, seen, and celebrated
- Be the bridge between customer goals and bunny.net’s tech and guide them how to get the most from it
- Proactively uncover and act on expansion (upsell and cross-sell) opportunities based on customer usage, needs, and growth
- Build and refine scalable customer success playbooks and lifecycle programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn feedback into features, ideas into impact
- Shape how we show up for strategic customers by designing and leading impactful QBRs, and be excited to make it yours
- Track customer health, forecast renewals through meaningful, insight-driven conversations
- Be the voice of the customer across the company, proactively influencing roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives
What will you bring?
- Experience working as a CSM, Account Manager or a similar role, for a highly technical product company, ideally in infrastructure, CDN, or edge computing
- A proven track record of driving customer growth, including leading QBRs and expansion conversations that matter
- A builder mindset: you love designing repeatable processes, playbooks, and scalable systems from scratch
- Ability to design and execute customer lifecycle strategies from scratch
- Curiosity and a drive to improve: you ask why things work, and how they could work better
- A customer-first instinct: you think in outcomes, not just metrics
- Confidence managing strategic accounts and leading commercial conversations
- Solid knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce or Pipedrive) and a love for data-backed decisions
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with a knack for working cross-functionally
- Comfort navigating technical conversations with customers especially around infrastructure, edge, CDN, and similar topics

Where should you be located?
This job is fully remote from Europe (ideally CET or close time zone) with a flexible schedule, to make our collaboration easier. You’re still free to hop around the world and switch up your scenery whenever you want.
