Revenue Operations Analyst
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to be the operational heartbeat of our go‑to‑market engine.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement, support, and operationalize the GTM processes they define—turning plans into clean systems, clear dashboards, and simple workflows that help teams execute.
You’ll be the day‑to‑day owner of Salesforce administration and be instrumental in helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success run more effectively.

What will you do?
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and lead activity
- Provide data support for pipeline reviews, campaign analysis, and recurring reporting
- Support attribution logic, lead source tracking, and funnel metrics
- Translate GTM processes into efficient Salesforce workflows such as sales stage mapping, lead routing, and lifecycle definitions
- Assist with onboarding and training for new team members on Salesforce and GTM tools
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure cross-functional processes (e.g., handoffs, and lead follow-up) are well-supported in the CRM without directly owning them
- Act as the primary Salesforce admin, including user setup, field creation, validation rules, workflows, and automations
- Maintain clean, accurate data across leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Manage integrations like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and other GTM tools
- Triage and resolve Salesforce user issues quickly
- Support light automations and templates within Salesforce and related tools
- Help evaluate tools, manage licenses, and provision users across the sales tech stack
What will you bring?
- Around 5 years of work experience, including 1–2 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Salesforce administration, or GTM operations support
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning with strong Salesforce administration skills
- Ability to translate GTM processes into efficient operational workflows (sales stage mapping, lead routing, lifecycle definitions)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills to keep data clear, clean, and actionable
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to explain technical setups in a clear, approachable way to non‑technical team members
What will make us extra happy?
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with marketing ops, attribution models, or lifecycle stages
- Basic SQL, Looker, or Tableau skills
